Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: 10 YEARS AFTER

Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger: 10 YEARS AFTER is a V-Cinema movie released to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the conclusion of Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger. It is the second epilogue movie of this kind, following Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger: 10 YEARS AFTER.

Ten years have passed since Agent Abrella was killed by the Dekarangers, but his defeat has not brought the improvements that might have been expected.

Under the leadership of the new Police Commissioner, Kight Reidlitch, Special Police Dekaranger has become much more ruthless and brutal, following a “kill first, ask questions never” approach.

Meanwhile, Doggie Kruger is found guilty of multiple murders and branded an Alienizer. This forces Banban Akaze to return from the Fire Squad and investigate what happened.

Like the previous 10 YEARS AFTER movie, the story takes place within the continuity of the television series and is set ten years after the events of its final episode.

The film does not mention the team’s crossover with the Magirangers, Tetsu’s team-up with the Boukengers, the Dekarangers’ participation in the Legend War, Super Hero Taisen, or Super Hero Taisen Z. However, unlike the previous 10 YEARS AFTER movie, nothing in the story necessarily contradicts the Dekarangers’ appearances in those crossovers.
