Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kyoryuger: The Movie

Ressha Sentai ToQger vs. Kyoryuger: The Movie is a 2015 Japanese crossover film featuring the casts and characters of the Super Sentai television series Ressha Sentai ToQger and Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger, while also including the debut appearance of the main cast of Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. Kyaeen’s Hiroyuki Amano appears as a guest star. The film was released nationally in Japan on January 17, 2015.

Lady of the Galaxy Line warns the ToQgers that a strange energy is approaching Earth, causing a Galaxy Line terminal to crash onto the planet. When the ToQgers investigate, they find themselves battling Cambrima and Zorima until the five main Kyoryugers arrive and rescue them from the Deboth Army grunts.

Noting how long it has been since they last fought together, the Kyoryugers take over and defeat the remaining enemies. They then discover that the Galaxy Line terminal is surrounded by a barrier. When the Ressha arrives, Daigo is able to see it despite being an adult and receives a special pass allowing him aboard.

Inside the Ressha, Daigo explains that the figure responsible for the barrier around the terminal is Creator Devius, the same being who created his team’s enemy Deboth. Devius is draining energy from the Galaxy Line terminal, and the Kyoryugers have only a limited opportunity to stop him before he reaches full power and destroys Earth.

Right offers the ToQgers’ assistance, but Daigo refuses because they cannot fight the Deboth Army. He tells them to leave the situation to the Kyoryugers. Meanwhile, at Castle Terminal, Crimson High Priest Salamazu meets Emperor Z and arranges an alliance between the Shadow Line and Devius.

While waiting for a train, Utsusemimaru encounters Clock Shadow and a group of Close. Akira arrives to help him, and the two sixth Sentai warriors transform to fight Clock Shadow as the other ToQgers reach the scene. Akira knows that Clock Shadow can make people younger with his singing voice, so he summons the Build Ressha to move the team and Kyoryu Gold away.

Before he can fully stop the attack, Clock Shadow succeeds in returning the ToQgers to their child forms and turning Utsusemimaru into a baby. Shuriken Sentai Ninninger then appears and drives Clock Shadow away.

After Salamazu and the Shadow Line force them back, the Kyoryugers reunite with the ToQgers. The ToQgers suggest working together, but Daigo still refuses to involve children in the fight. Right argues that their situation is no different from before.

The discussion is interrupted when Clock Shadow attacks alongside the Close and Zorima. Although the Kyoryugers try to protect the children, the ToQgers transform and join the battle. The two teams exchange their ToQ Ressha and Zyudenchi, allowing them to combine Imagination and Brave and defeat the enemy grunts.

Salamazu then ends his alliance with the Shadow Line and steals their darkness to complete Devius’s power-up. He absorbs Clock Shadow and the remaining grunts before transforming into a giant box train carried by five enormous Close.

Kyoryuzin, ToQ-Oh, and Build DaiOh confront Salamazu. They combine their respective powers to create Gigant Kyoryuzin with Ressha and ToQ Rainbow with Zyudenchi, finally defeating him. The victory also restores the ToQgers and Utsusemimaru to their adult forms.

The celebration does not last long. Devius appears and uses the darkness provided by Salamazu to overpower both Sentai teams, leaving the Kyoryugers injured.

Later, at the Hyper Ressha Terminal, the ToQgers realize they may have to confront Devius without the Kyoryugers. The Zyudenryu have left their Zyudenchi at the terminal. Daigo overhears the ToQgers discussing their desire to protect their families and begins to understand them better.

The next morning, the Conductor, Ticket, and Wagon gather in the office of the Rainbow Line President, where they encounter the spirit of Torin. With Torin’s cooperation, they combine the giant Zyudenchi and create a Brave Zyudenchi.

The plan is for the other ToQgers to hold back Devius’s defenses while the Red Ressha carries the Brave Zyudenchi to the barrier and breaks through it. As the others fight Cryners and revived Shadow Creeps, ToQ 1gou reaches the terminal and confronts Devius but is quickly overwhelmed.

Just when the situation appears hopeless, Kyoryu Red arrives to support ToQ 1gou, while the remaining Kyoryugers join the other ToQgers. Devius reaches his full power, forcing ToQ 1gou and Kyoryu Red to assume their Hyper ToQ 1gou and Kyoryu Red Carnival forms.

The two red warriors defeat Devius using a Gabutyra Ressha and escape the resulting cave-in. However, Devius survives and emerges at giant size, preparing to destroy both Sentai teams.

The ToQgers then receive unexpected help from the Shadow Line, whose members want revenge for Devius’s betrayal. They are also joined by the other Kyoryugers summoned by Canderrilla and Luckyuro the previous night.

The three groups work together to cut Devius’s wings before finally destroying him. After the battle, the ToQgers and Kyoryugers say goodbye to one another, with Daigo wishing the ToQgers good luck in eventually finding their way home.
