Kagaku Sentai Dynaman

Kagaku Sentai Dynaman is the seventh installment in Toei Company’s Super Sentai metaseries. It aired on TV Asahi from February 5, 1983, to January 28, 1984, and ran for 51 episodes. In 1988, six episodes were broadcast in the United States as a dubbed parody titled simply Dynaman, on USA Network’s Night Flight and, at other times, Nickelodeon’s Special Delivery.

[1] It was the last Sentai series until Kousoku Sentai Turboranger in which the three main colors—Red, Blue, and Yellow—were all represented by male characters.

The Jashinka Empire emerges from the depths of the Earth to conquer the world. To stop it, Dr. Kyutaro Yumeno brings five inventors to his laboratory, the Yumeno Invention Laboratory, and gives them the power to become Dynamen. Each has a goal of their own, but as Kagaku Sentai Dynaman, they unite to stop the Jashinka Empire.
