At the request of the GSPO, Herlock Sholmes travels to Japan to investigate the identities of the Lupinrangers while also assisting in the effort to capture the Gangler.

After arriving at the airport, Sholmes is escorted by the Patrangers and greeted by a large crowd of fans and reporters. The reporters ask him for more details about his investigation. Sholmes notices one reporter standing some distance away from the others and suspects that the man may actually be a Gangler in disguise.

The Lupinrangers arrive soon afterward, praising the famous detective before exposing the suspicious reporter as the Gangler Wilson. Sholmes and the civilians evacuate the area while the Rangers remain behind to apprehend the Gangler.

Just as the Rangers are close to defeating Wilson, a mysterious white Gangler suddenly appears. Using the power of his Collection piece, he summons meteorites that immediately overwhelm the Rangers. Taking advantage of the situation, Wilson captures Lupin Red and Patren 1gou before escaping through a portal.

The different groups later withdraw, while Noël continues pursuing the white Gangler alone. His opponent easily drives him back with another meteorite attack. Afterward, Noël reveals that he recognizes the Gangler’s disguised identity and knows about his hidden plan, but he has no way to intervene at that moment and leaves the scene by himself.
